Surprising as it may seem, Townsend is not for everyone. In order for us to provide a first-class retirement planning experience, we need to conserve our resources. We specialize in helping our existing clients and those who:
- Are looking for help. (If you can “do it yourself,” you don’t need us.)
- Are seeking a relationship with an experienced and knowledgeable advisor.
- Want a financial roadmap to help them have a richer retirement.
- Have investments, including employer-sponsored plans.
If you fit the above criteria and would like to talk with us further about your financial needs, please either call us at 303.452.5986 or toll-free at 1.800.578.9896 for a free consultation, or click here to fill out our online Inquiry Form, and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your needs. We look forward to hearing from you and would be happy to answer any questions you have.
Be assured that all information is completely confidential whether you become a client of ours or not.
Just as you would interview us for a long-term relationship, we will evaluate the information you provide to determine how our services “fit” with your needs and objectives. In all fairness to our existing clients, we have established minimum criteria for new clients so we can continue to provide the highest level of service possible for everyone.

Our financial plans consist of the following subject matters:
- Cash Flow Analysis: Analyzing a client’s income, expenses, and overall financial position to determine resources available to meet goals

As a planning client of Townsend you will be able to track your progress year by year by updating your plan on an annual basis or as needed depending on your changing circumstances. Our planning process is designed to help you achieve your lifetime goals and aspirations and help you create an actionable roadmap.
