April is the first friendly person you meet when you visit our office. She is responsible for handling incoming calls, providing assistance to the office staff and handling all office inventory. April@TownsendRetirement.comI was born in San Antonio, TX but moved to CO when I was a year old. I have called Thornton home for most of my time in CO. I married Charles in 2000 and we have two daughters. Our oldest is a freshman in college studying nursing. Our youngest daughter is starting middle school. I love the mountains and the beauty of Colorado. In my spare time, I love flipping furniture and I love to sing! If I could pick my dream job, it would be to sing! I have had the honor to sing the National Anthem for many sporting events, including the Mammoth, Denver Cutthroats and DU hockey games. My dream is to sing the National Anthem for a Bronco’s game! #GOBRONCOS For now, I sing on the weekends at my church on praise team which I love. I am so grateful to be at Townsend and I look forward to meeting you.
Trish has worn many hats in the company, working as an administrative assistant and now as our client relations specialist. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making confirmation calls, helping coordinate client events, and assisting in numerous other clientrelated projects. Trish complements the Townsend team with her passion for providing great customer experience to our clients. Trish@TownsendRetirement.comI was born and raised in Iowa, but have called Colorado home since I moved here after college. I am married (Greg) and we have two (2) children. Our son Chase is a University of Colorado graduate and our daughter Camryn is a student at Colorado State University – which makes for a stressed family dynamic at times. As a family we enjoy spending time together, with friends and loving our fur baby Tebow (you can do the math on his age).In my spare time I love to cook, take long walks, watch football or movies and sip wine with the girlfriends. My motto is: always try and find the bright side of life.
Linda joined the Townsend team in 2010 and recently relocated to Arizona as her husband landed a great career opportunity. Linda’s ability to build deep-rooted relationships with clients brought undeniable value to our firm; therefore, how could we say goodbye? We wanted Linda to continue sharing her genuine desire to connect and engage with clients – as a result, Linda is now responsible for contacting clients making sure that needs are being met and if additional assistance can be offered. Linda@TownsendRetirement.comMy husband (CJ) and I have four beautiful children, Dalton, Carissa, Davis and Caylee – along with our two mini dachshunds. It’s been a full-circle journey watching my children grow into adults; I’ve gained a son-in-law’s and two daughter-in-law’s and I’m now the proud Grandma to several beautiful grandchildren. My heart holds so much love and joy for this family of mine! I love watching college sports; mostly football, baseball, swimming and basketball. My favorite teams are CU Buffs and Michigan, and of course the Fighting Camels of Campbell University – Caylee’s alma mater! I like being outside and active – taking walks, hiking or even just riding in the golf cart when CJ is golfing. Family is my passion, roughing it in cabins in Vernal Utah at the Green River and rafting
down the Green River and boating on the Flaming Gorge Reservoir.
Corinne’s primary role to empower the client relations team. Her responsibilities include supervising appointment books, helping facilitate client events and assisting where needed within other departments. Corinne is an exceptional addition to the client relations team, going above to serve Townsend clients.
My husband and I spend most of our spare time watching our two boys, Jace and Cade play baseball. I don’t mind it at all though, I love spending time with my family, both on and off the field. You could say my hobbies are my boys, I am proud to be actively involved in their lives. When I’m not at the baseball fields I enjoy going on walks and cooking, I particularly like making and eating Italian food … my favorite! I attended Arvada High School, and was a part of the last graduating class of the Redskins. I am happy to still call Arvada home.
Christine’s primary responsibility is document control, including both paper and electronic files. She also provides our administration staff support by answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct person.
Nothing gives me greater joy and pride than motherhood; the ability to grow and learn more about myself and the world by raising and watching my child flourish into another amazing, independent strong spirit. It’s pure selflessness and love. I thoroughly enjoy the masochistic pain and the natural high associated with intense workouts, followed by debilitating soreness. Solitude is my best friend when I need to recharge. I might secretly hug trees and find their Zen-ness awesome – nature brings me happiness! Beer, wine, bourbon … yes, please.
