I was born and raised in beautiful Colorado, but the ocean was calling my name. So, I headed off to Salve Regina University in Newport, RI for college. After four years of college, my family, friends, and our family golden retriever, Oakley, called me back home and I have been in the Boulder area ever since. I love to play a light game of golf, go boating with my family, and drink wine with my roommates and friends during the weekends. My side hobbies are going to flea markets and antique shops searching for the best hidden treasures to organize and decorate my home, as well as hoping to find time to read a good book.

Met my husband in high school – fast forward to today and we have two little boys running around pestering our goldendoodle. I love to chase curiosity. I live for a good chai latte. I make conversations blunt. I don’t admit to watching reality TV. I’m addicted to yoga, a good margarita in the summer, live music at Red Rocks and quick strolls through Nordstrom. My golf game is far from serious. I bleed the orange and blue and cherish attending every Broncos home game with my dad. Card aisles at the grocery store are my biggest weakness, as I love sending cards to people (long live the fun of snail mail)! My biggest passion is growing strong relationships; discovering that different values make this world a richer place.
My husband and I spend most of our spare time watching our two boys, Jace and Cade play baseball. I don’t mind it at all though, I love spending time with my family, both on and off the field. You could say my hobbies are my boys, I am proud to be actively involved in their lives. When I’m not at the baseball fields I enjoy going on walks and cooking, I particularly like making and eating Italian food … my favorite! I attended Arvada High School, and was a part of the last graduating class of the Redskins. I am happy to still call Arvada home.

Nothing gives me greater joy and pride than motherhood; the ability to grow and learn more about myself and the world by raising and watching my child flourish into another amazing, independent strong spirit. It’s pure selflessness and love. I thoroughly enjoy the masochistic pain and the natural high associated with intense workouts, followed by debilitating soreness. Solitude is my best friend when I need to recharge. I might secretly hug trees and find their Zen-ness awesome – nature brings me happiness! Beer, wine, bourbon … yes, please.
As a Colorado native who grew-up in Golden, I have an affinity for the outdoors. Due to my love of Colorado I attended the University of Denver and received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting. During my time at university I came to appreciate the city the same way I love nature. I spend my free time hiking and or taking the bicycle up Lookout Mountain. I can often be found enjoying a post ride craft beverage from one of Colorado’s world famous microbreweries on the weekend. Go Rockies!
